Designed for high-volume commercial bakery and frozen dessert production — slices a wide variety of frozen sheet products (cakes, brownies, bars, ice cream cakes, cheesecakes) in or out of the pan. The machine features automatic indexing into cut positions and automatic rotation from X-axis to Y-axis cuts for a complete scored / portioned sheet with no operator repositioning.
