Lot of 93 – Chicago Metallic 5-Strap Commercial Bread Loaf Pans
Wholesale lot of 93 commercial open-top strap bread pans from Chicago Metallic. Each pan bakes five loaves at once and is made in the USA from heavy 26-gauge aluminized steel with a glazed (silicone) coating for easy release. Pans are stamped CHICAGO METALLIC with an 11-04 mold/date code.

- Each loaf cavity: 10 1/2″ x 5″ x 3 1/2″ (approx. 1 1/2 – 2 lb loaves)

Condition
Pre-owned commercial bakery pans in good used condition. Pans show a darkened, seasoned glaze and light surface wear and spotting/rust on the frames consistent with normal commercial use.
